Iwan Jones
Whilst over the years there have been changes to keep the event moving with the times there are some things that just stay the same. One of those is Iwan. The former marine knows how to rough it and this modern lightweight kit is all too fancy for his liking- its only been in the last couple of years that he dispensed with his breeches and tweed jacket! Iwan's never say die has seen him on the winning team in the mixed and veterans events in recent years. It seems hes been around for most of the 30 year history of the event and it would be no surprise to see him competing for the next 30.
