Bob's been running the Snowdonia Seven since the very beginning- of the mountain range that is not just the race! It was well over 10 years ago that Bob was told he was too old to run for the NWP first team and was relegated to the vets- and yet in 2006 he joined 'the sprogs' to show them how its done and was part of the winning team in a course record time of 5 hours 10!
